Provide physical and remote support to company customers and in the same way to Solutions and Controls staff .
Purpose of the position: Carry out activities related to the installation, maintenance, technical support of software and hardware, and communication equipment computer network support services.
Features:
Install computer equipment at the local and national level, instructing the user on its use.
Configure and install authorized software on the computers of the clients and of Soluciones y Controles , carrying out the corresponding control of the licenses.
Carry out and / or supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of the computer servers and terminals of the company's clients, controlling the technical support contracts.
Carry out the design of networks according to user requirements, as well as evaluate the installation of networks carried out by third parties.
Monitor, maintain and support structured data cabling, electrical circuit and UPS in customer offices.
Monitor and support clients' servers and computer communication equipment such as information networks, among others, providing the corresponding technical support.
Perform other related functions that are assigned.
